Operation - Vacuum Excavation
During vacuum excavation, the vacuum tool uses a powerful air stream to remove wet or dry material.
Step 1:
Follow all instructions in “Prepare the Machine,”
, to
correctly position machine.
Step 2:
Follow the “Starting Procedure,”
Step 3:
Follow necessary traffic control measures.
Step 4:
Connect vacuum hose(s) and tooling
(1).
NOTICE:
Short hose lengths are recommended to reduce vacuum hose
clogging. If clogging occurs, refer to “Reverse Flow (Option),”
DANGER:
Vacuum can suffocate or damage vision or hearing.
Keep hose end away from face.
