MediaConnect 9000 was set up in the factory without enabling VCON Media
Xchange Manager™ (MXM) management.
If you want your system to be managed by an MXM installed within your
organization, run the MXM Enable utility that’s included with the system.

To enable MXM management
1. In the Windows Desktop, click
Start
and then
Run
.
2. Browse to the
VCON MediaConnect 9000
folder and then double-click
MXM_Enable.exe
.
3. In the Run dialog box, click
OK
to run the program.
4. The question, “
Will your system be managed by a VCON Media
Xchange Manager™ (MXM)?
” appears. Click
Yes
.
5. A message states that MXM management is now enabled on your
computer. Click
OK
.
