11. The Sub-Addressing dialog box is applicable if the MediaConnect 9000
shares an ISDN BRI line with other equipment (such as other computers,
fax machines, standard telephones, and so on). In such a case, an
additional series of numbers and/or letters is added to the end of its phone
number.
Sub-Addressing Dialog Box
If the computer has a sub-address, enter information as follows:

to continue. The Confirmation dialog box appears.
Sub-Addressing
Type the phone number followed by an “
¦
” character,
and the series of numbers and/or letters making up the
sub-address.
If the connected ISDN network does not support this
feature, or if you do not want to use it, leave this box
blank.
