Problems
Solution
The system is
switched ON
but the local
Video Image is
blank.
1. Verify that the Camera is switched ON.
2. Verify that all connections from the computer to the
Camera unit are correct.
3. In the Local Video window, select each camera in turn to
verify selection of the correct video source
4. If the problem still remains, contact your local VCON
distributor for further instructions.
The local
Video Image is
the VCON
logo.
1. If you have only the SVGA monitor, verify that you have
chosen the Single Monitor Mode from the Video
Window.
2. If you have a TV and an SVGA monitor, verify that you
have chosen the Dual Monitor Mode, and that the TV is
tuned into the correct channel.
The video
image is
unstable and
coming
through in
blocks.

Verify that you dialed two (B-channel) numbers for each
ISDN line. If you only dial one number for each line,
only 64 kbps will be used instead of 128 kbps.
Disconnect the call and dial again, or ask the caller to
redial.
