Parking the vehicle:

turn steering wheel until lock is felt to
engage (anti-theft protection).

If the vehicle is park ed on a fla t surface
or an up hill incline, with manual
transmission enga ge first gea r or with

the centre position before switching off
the ignition. On an uphill incline, also
turn the front wheels away from the kerb.

If the vehicle is park ed on a downhill
incline, with manual transmission or

engage reverse gear before

front wheels towards the kerb.

Advice when parking:
