The flowcell bodies are constructed from titanium and are
provided with quartz optics windows. Tubing connections are
PEEK except for the Super Prep flowcell which uses TEFZEL
TUBE 0.125 x 0.062.
Each flowcell is easily interchangeable by the user.

Detector performance testing

Detector performance tests are provided in the Verify software
application. The set of tests available include;

Short and long term signal-to-noise
Short term dual wavelength signal-to-noise
Stability
Wavelength accuracy
Wavelength repeatability
Detector linearity (stray light)
Refractive index sensitivity
Spectral bandwidth
Autozero precision
Cell length ratio
Cell precision

The results of all tests performed using the Verify package are
automatically stored by the system in the software directory.
