The alarm is armed.
System Reboot
The alarm has been turned on with the keyswitch.
System Battery Failed
The backup battery has failed or requires to be
charged.
Periodic Test Failed
The Valet Monitoring Station failed to
communicate with the alarm panel for more than
seven days.
Event Log Full
This means that your system has received too
many alarms before it could send them to the
Valet monitoring station. The most probable cause
is that the Main Control Unit has been unable to
communicate with the monitoring station for some
time.
System Shutdown
This means that a serious problem has occurred
and your system has had to shut down. Please
contact your installer immediately or Valet
Monitoring on 1300 302 293
Billing Failed
Your alarm panel has failed when it called the
1900 number for your monthly billing. Check that
the phone line is plugged in, there is a dial tone on
the line and that your line is enabled to call 1900
and 1300 numbers. Your control panel will not
work until your billing is successful.
High Level Radio
Interference
System is experiencing a high level of
interference, which may prevent normal alarm
activation.
External Siren Reboot
The external siren has been turned off and back
on again
External Siren Power
Loss
There has been no power supplied to the External
Siren for 15minutes. The External siren is running
off the backup battery
External Siren Battery
Fail
The External Siren’s back up battery is outside
normal operating conditions and may be unable to
run correctly in the event of Main power loss.
External Siren
Supervision fail
The External Siren has failed to communicate with
the main control unit for 24hours
External Siren Tamper
The Tamper switch on the external siren has
changed state.
If your alarm system is unable to contact the VALET MONITORING CENTRE
it will retry to send the message five more times at 25 second intervals. If
unable to send the message after these attempts, the message will be lost, so
it is important to ensure that your phone line is always connected to your alarm
panel.
