Step C – Add your contact details
*Note: The password that you choose is the
password that you must enter when the Valet
MONITORING CENTRE calls i.e. you will be called
and request that you enter your password using the
alphanumeric keypad on your phone eg. if your
password was ‘water’ you would enter ‘92837’.

Contacts are people who are notified (either by phone, email, or SMS) in the
event of an alarm. They should be people you can trust to make a responsible
decision concerning the safety of your home, family and property. Apart from
the default contact (the account owner), typical contacts may include family
members, close friends, neighbours or trusted employees.
To add a new contact simply fill in their first and last name, their email address
and at least one phone number though two is preferred. If you don’t have an
email address, visit one of the free email service providers such as Hotmail
(
www.hotmail.com
) or Yahoo (
www.yahoo.com
).
