What should I do if my system develops a fault?
Our products have demonstrated a very high immunity to false activations and faults. Here
are some checks you can make to identify any potential causes (or remedies) before calling
us.

Is the Mains Power OK?

Test that other household appliances have power.

Is the Telephone line OK?

Check your telephone/s to ensure you have a normal dial tone.

Check that other devices, such as answering or facsimile machines, are
operating normally.
