Warning
Position the appliance so that the back panel is easily accessible when performing electrical connection
and carrying out maintenance work. The appliance is not suitable for recessed installation, or for use as
part of a series of appliances. A minimum gap of 50 mm must be left around the entire perimeter of the
appliance. If any fryers or other potential sources of hot liquid spills are used in the kitchen, they should
be placed at least 45 cm away from the sides and 70 cm away from the back of the holding cabinet.

The maintainer should be placed under an UNOX ChefTop ™ oven using the stacking kit with H=45 mm feet.
Make sure that the four feet of the oven fit properly on the pins fit in the oven.
Fix the holding cabinet with the oven using the two brackets and screws provided.
Align the appliance horizontally.
Make sure the appliance is level.
During cooking, hot smoke is produced, along with other smells which need to be removed from the flue; it
is therefore advisable to position the holding cabinet underneath a suitable cooker hood, or to use the special
UNOX hoods and ensure the fumes are channelled outside.
Caution!
Once the appliance has been positioned, make sure that there is no danger of it slipping or tipping over.
If the appliance is to be mounted on a mobile support frame or cabinet, it should be secured with an extra
chain or rope to stop it from rolling around and damaging the electricity or gas supply lines.
