Last program function
This can be used to quickly select the most recently used cooking cycle, whether it was activated manually or
in programmed mode.
When the cooking cycle has finished, press the
button. The text “LASTP” will appear on display 5;
Press the
button to start the most recently used cooking cycle again.
Restart function
If you stop a cooking cycle, programmed in manual mode as automatic, this button allows you to restart
the program from where it was stopped.
At the end of the cooking cycle performed by pressing the
on the display will read LASTP 5;
Press the

-
until it appears on the display 5 the «RESTART»;
Pressing the
will restart the firing cycle from where it left off.
Semi-Automatic washing programs
The Rotor.KLEAN™ washing system, code XC302, offers semi-automatic washing of holding cabinet
chamber. Semi-Automatic washing programs can only be used if the appliance features this option.
The Rotor.KLEAN™ washing system may also be installed after the appliance has been commissioned.
2 semi-automatic washing programs are stored in the control memory: “H2O washing” that allows
the user to rinse and then drying the cooking chamber with a temperature of 120 ° C without the use
of chemicals; “SEMI-AUTOMATIC WASHING” which can wash the holding cabinet cavity using a pre
setted temperature and chemicals products manually.
Access the programming menu by pressing the
button;
Press the

+
-
buttons repeatedly until the H2O and SEMI-AUTO WASHING programs appear on display 5;
Press the
button to start the selected program;
Caution!
Never open the holding cabinet door while a cleaning cycle is in progress - chemical cleaning substances and hot air may
escape - risk of corrosion and burns! When the cleaning cycle implemented by the Rotor.KLEAN™ system is complete,
make sure that there is no detergent residue remaining in the holding cabinet chamber (including the area behind the air
channel panelling). Remove any residue and rinse the entire holding cabinet chamber thoroughly (including the area behind
theair channel panelling) using a hand-held shower head - risk of corrosion!
Caution
!
We recommend the oven cavity is cleaned on a daily basis, in order to maintain acceptable hygiene standards
and to prevent the stainless steel inside the cavity from being ruined. We would therefore recommend the use
of the Rotor.KLEAN™ washing system, code XC302, which offers semi-automatic washing of the oven cavity.
Caution!If the appliance is not cleaned or not cleaned thoroughly enough, grease or remnants of food which
have accumulated inside the holding cabinet chamber may start to burn - fire hazard!To prevent corrosion from
occurring inside the holding cabinet chamber, the appliance should be cleaned every day, even if it is only used
for steam cooking purposes. Only use detergents which have been recommeded by the appliance manufacturer.
Detergents from other manufacturers may damage the appliance and therefore invalidate the guarantee.
