1. Caution: Only 100 g of food can be
used per skewer. This is the only
way to ensure faultless rotation of
the skewers. We recommend level
5 when using skewers.
2. Cut the meat and vegetables into
small pieces. In this regard note
that the pieces must be of a size
that permits all skewers to fit into
the appliance next to each other
without blocking. Also the pieces
of food to be cooked should not
touch the top or bottom of the
appliance.
3. If you want to use large pieces of
meat or vegetables, it is advisable
to only use every second skewer
so that the skewers can rotate
freely.
4. Place the pieces of food on the
skewers in the desired sequence.
After placing the food on the
skewers, place the skewers in the
skewer holders. In this process the
small wheel in front of the skewer
handle must be placed precisely
in the appropriate aperture in on
the skewer holder, the other end
of the skewer should rest precisely
in the recess on the rear of the
skewer holder.
