TURNING ON/ OFF DRAUGHT BAR TO TRANSPORT POSITION
Use

buttons to set the arrow marker next to the picture of
Press and hold
button until the sign changes into the negative. In such case, there is no
draught bar motion finishing TRANSPORT POSITION sequence.
Analogicaly switch on the draught bar at TRANSPORT sequence. Setting is remembered after power
supply of controller is switched off.
TRANSPORT POSITION
Finishing operating with the wrapping machine it is a must to prepare it for transportation on public
roads. Transport sequence was designed to simplify that process.
After selecting
“
T
” field in the MAIN MENU and pressing
button, picture
„
T
” symbol starts to
blink.
The first step of the starting sequence is verifying if:
- WRAPPING MACHINE ARMS are in ZERO POSITION (S13 sensor is active)
- LOADER is in BOTTOM POSITION (S11 sensor is active)
- DRAUGHT BAR is in OPERATING POSITION (S18 sensor is active)
Failing in any of the conditions could result in a mechanical damage to the wrapping machine during
the automatic transportation sequence.
Following movements of TRANSPORT SEQUENCE is:

TABLE MOVEMENT FOR UNLOADING (until the S21 sensor is active)

MANUAL FOLDING OF SETTER AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT WITH BUTTON:

TABLE MOVEMENT TO THE HORIZONTAL POSITION (until the S20 sensor is active)
-
FRAME MOVEMENT UPWARDS (until the S12 sensor is active)

DRAUGHT BAR FOLDING ( the S18 sensor inactive)

In case, during the first step of the starting sequence, any of the sensors is in a wrong position or dur-
ing following steps any movement takes too long, program switches automatically to MANUAL
OPERATION in order to set wrapping machine manually into correct transport position. Flashing sen-
sor number is displayed at the same time on the bottom of MANUAL OPERATION screen, showing
which
sensors’ wrong position has interrupted TRANSPORTATION SEQUENCE. Additionally, the ar-
row marker is set automatically on manual movement of sequence connected with the flashing sensor
number.
