8.4.3 STARTING POSITION
After transportation of the wrapping machine on field, it should be prepared for operation.
To simplify the actions , the starting sequence is developed.
After selecting
“S” field in the MAIN MENU (MENU GŁÓWNE) and pressing
button ,
the
„S” symbol starts to flash.
The starting sequence first step is verification if:
WRAPPING MACHINE ARMS are in ZERO POSITION (if the S13 sensor is active)
LOADER is in TOP POSITION (if the S12 sensor is active)
DRAUGHT BAR is not in OPERATING POSITION (if the S18 sensor is not active)
Failure in any of the conditions could result in a mechanical damage of the wrapping machine during
automatic starting position sequence.
The next steps of STARTING SEQUENCE are the following:
DRAUGHT BAR UNFOLDING
(to the activity of the S18 sensor S18 )
LOADER BOTTOM MOVEMENT
(to the activity of the S11 sensor )
TABLE TILT FOR UNLOADING
(to the activity of the S21 sensor)
KNIVES OPENS SLIGHTLY
– flashing letter „S” changes into „F” at the same time. Than
UNFOLD SETTER manually and thread the foil through each knife when necessary.
After completing the actions and being certain the knife closing action is safe, press
button on the controller (PILOT).
KNIFE CLOSING
will happen.
TABLE TILTS FOR LOADING
(until S19 sensor is activated)
After successful starting sequence, the program will automatically switch to WORK MENU.
In case during first step of the starting sequence, one of the three sensors is in a wrong position or
during following steps any movement takes too long, program switches automatically to
MANUAL OPERATION in order to set wrapping machine manually into correct starting position.
Flashing sensor number is displayed at the same time on the bottom of MANUAL OPERATION
screen, showing which
sensors’’ wrong position has interrupted STARTING SEQUENCE. Additionally,
the arrow marker is set automatically on manual movement of sequence connected with the flashing
sensor number.
Defiantly using
or
button allows to move the part of wrapping machine that caused
the problem.
