table tilt sensors (1,2,3)
shown in Fig. 23 are situated on the RH side of the machine. They
are attached to the main frame of the machine and magnets (4) correlated with it mounted on
movable table. The table may take
one of the three positions assigned
with separate sensor, while operat-
ing with the machine:
1
– table in horizontal position
2
– table in unloading
3
– table in loading
Zero positon sensor of rotating
arms (1)
, shown in Fig. 24, is at-
tached to holder allowing to change
its position. It co-works with the
magnet attached to rotating arm
s’
cogwheel. Its task is to inform the
controller of the full arm revolutions
and of the zero position after stop-
ping.
Arm position sensor (3)
shown in
Fig. 24
is the only one induction-type sensor in the machine that cooperates with a special-
purpose disk (4) and instead magnet like all other sensors. It should be ca. 8mm away from the
disk
to
operate
correctly.
12 contact points are made in the disk giving precise information to the controller of arms posi-
tion. One full rotation of the arms stand for
twelve pulses for the controller.
Foil break sensor (1)
, shown in Fig. 25, is
placed in the upper part of the foil feeder and
the magnet (2) is placed on one of the pre-
stretching rollers. In case foil is broken or fin-
ished, the rollers will stop rotating and the
sensor will not send pulses to the controller.
Message displayed on the controller screen
will inform user about the fact.
