MANUAL MOTION of WRAPPING MACHINE
Use or button to set the arrow marker next to the motion selected.
Shortly press button. Arrow marker will change shape to .
Use or button to manually operate with the selected motion.
Button will affect the motion of (depended on arrow marker selection):
DRAUGHT BAR UNFOLDING
LOADER UPWARD
SLOW OR FAST ARM ROTATION SPEED
KNIFE OPENING
TABLE INTO THE UNLOADING POSITION
Button will affect the motion of (depended on arrow marker selection):
DRAUGHT BAR FOLDING
LOADER DOWNWARD
KNIFE CLOSING
TABLE INTO THE LOADING POSITION
The manual motion is possible only when it will not make any damage to the wrapping machine.
The arms rotation is possible only when the loader is in its bottom position (sensor S11 active) and the
table is in the horizontal position (sensor S20 active). Failing in any of the conditions blocks initiation of
arms rotation in the manual operation. Blinking square field with number of sensor blocking the motion
will be displayed at the same time.
Analogically, it is impossible to move the loader and the table if the arms are not in the zero position
(the S11 sensor inactive).
In exceptional cases, it is possible to execute wrapping machine movement despite conflict situation.
Push at the same time and buttons. The motion must be very careful, in such case,
not to damage the machine mechanically.
