LACK of OIL SUPPLY

In case operator do not supply oil to the wrapping machine the controller will signalize it differently

based on the sage of operation.

Lack of oil supply when moving the table or loader will cause lack in achieving desired position and in-

activity of the sensor that was supposed to be set. The controller is increasing power current for the

regulating valve to demand higher pressure on valve. Power will be cut off when current will achieve its

maximum level and sensor corresponding to the motion will not activate, than screen will display pic-

ture of

changed by

. Must check why the oil is not delivered to the valve. Press

button with causion when the oil is supplied and the breakdown is eliminated. The valves will

be reset and the cycle will be continued.

Lack of oil when rotating the arms will cause displaying picture shown below after 4 seconds.

down is eliminated. The valves will be reset and the cycle will be continued. The wrapping cycle will

ue form quick rotation of arms in case breakage happened after second knife opening.
