The cores in the main leads are colored in accordance with the
following codes:

green and yellow
earth
●
blue
neutral
●
brown
live

CAUTION: Connect the cables with the power off! Only use shielded
cables in keeping with the radio interference suppression
regulations!
The rear of the unit has 3 connectors consisting of the Linotype-
Hell Interface Connector, the Small computer Standard Interface
(SCSI), and an external RS232 port (see page 2-9).
Interface Connector
Input data is connected to the Interface Connector. It is a 37 pin
"D" connector.
SCSI
The SCSI is an optional interface. If it is utilized, then standard 50
connector SCSI-1 cable is utilized for the connection to the RIP.
RS232
The external RS232 port is used for external diagnostics which are
not implemented in the current release of the Imagesetter.
