Speak the text for the recording.

Click on the ‘Stop’ button to finish the recording.

Click on the 'Next’ button to continue. The ‘Complete VideoLive Mail’ window
will appear. In this window, select the following:
‘Play’ to play the recording,
‘Save’ to save the recording,
‘Mail’ to send the recording by e-mail. An *.exe file will be created which also
contains the code to play the file. This is necessary to be sure that the
recipient can view the message without having to install any extra programs.

The e-mail window will appear. You must fill in an e-mail address.

Click on ‘Send’.

Click on ‘Finish’ to close the Wizard.

Microphone sensitivity

Adjusts the sensitivity of the microphone. The
sensitivity cannot be adjusted when using the
camera as a microphone. This is then set
automatically.

Close

Closes VideoLive Mail.

Minimize

Hides the window, although the program
remains active.

Help

Starts the Help function. Gives information
about how to use the program.
