6.4.2
Deleting all the photographs and video clips
Follow the instructions given below if you wish to delete all the photographs and
video clips from the memory.
1.
Turn the camera on (see chapter 6.1).
2.
Set the camera to the Playback mode (4, figure 1).
3.
Press the MENU/OK button (14, figure 1).
4.
Select ‘Delete All’ from the menu and press the MENU button.
5.
Select ‘Yes’ and press the MENU button to delete all the photographs and
video clips.
Select ‘No’ and press the MENU button if you do not wish to delete all the
photographs and video clips.
6.
Close the menu by pressing the exposure button.
6.4.3
Formatting the memory
All the data which is saved in the memory will be deleted when the memory is
formatted. Therefore, check the contents of the memory before formatting it.
Follow the instructions given below if you wish to format the memory.
1.
Turn the camera on (see chapter 6.1).
2.
Set the camera to the Playback mode (4, figure 1).
3.
Press the MENU/OK button (14, figure 1).
4.
Select ‘Format’ from the menu and press the MENU button.
5.
Select ‘Yes’ and press the MENU button to format the memory.
Select ‘No’ and press the MENU button if you do not wish to format the
memory.
6.
Close the menu by pressing the exposure button.
