Problem

An old version of
DirectX is installed.
Download the latest version of
DirectX from www.microsoft.com
Set your VGA card to a lower
resolution and colour depth (for
example, 800 x 600 / 16 bits
colours).
A live recording
gives a displaced
image and the
wrong colours.
For a too high VGA
resolution (for
example, 1600x1200),
it is possible that there
is insufficient memory
for the video overlay.
Updating your VGA driver may also
solve the problem.
There is
interference in
the photographs.
The photographs are
taken in dark
surroundings.
Make sure there is enough light.
Video recordings
are lost when
changing the
batteries.
Video recordings are
saved in the SDRAM
memory.
Connect the camera to your
computer’s USB port when
changing the batteries.
No more
recordings are
made.
The camera’s memory
is full. The recording
counter in the LCD
screen flashes.
Load the recordings onto your
computer and then delete them all
from the camera’s memory.
