5.
Add Device (IP Camera Connection)
The Add Device setup menu is for users to search and connect the IP
cameras either via direct PoE connection or through network connection to
the NVR. Refer to the following for further description of connecting an IP
camera to the NVR.
5.1
Add Device Window
The following introduces each function item in the Add Device setup menu.
1. Default Account Pane
Users can preset the default username and password for each type of IP
cameras. Once an IP camera is connected to the NVR, the NVR will
automatically apply the preset username and password to the IP camera
according to its model type.
Users can modify the default account name and the password. The
following lists the account names and passwords of each type of IP
cameras.
