User Management Setup
The NVR provides the option to create up to six user accounts with
customized authority, excluding the preset “Admin” and “Guest” accounts.
Access the User Management setting menu via <Setup>
<User
Management>. The setting menu displays as follows.
Add a New User Account
Follow the steps below to create and add a user account.
Click on <Add> and a setting window will show up.
Input the desired username and its password to set a user account.
Then, click on <ok> to complete and save the setting..
Setup/Edit a User Account
Follow the steps below to setup a user account.
Select a user account and click on <Edit> to enter User Information
setting window.
Edit the username, password and event add/remove an avatar for the
selected account in the User Information setting window. Note that the
image resolution of the avatar must be less than 720 x 480.
After setting, click on <ok> to save and apply the modified settings.
To delete a user account, select the desired user account and click on
<Delete>.
NOTE:
The preset
“
Admin
”
account and
“
Guest
”
account both cannot
be deleted. In addition, users can only modify the password and avatar
of
“
Admin
”
and the avatar of
“
Guest
”
.
