Storage Setup
The Storage Setup menu allows users to check the detailed information of
the internal HDDs, format or repair the internal HDDs. Also, users can check
the basic information and S.M.A.R.T information of the selected HDD.
Click on the HDD icon < > and a drop-down list will be displayed as below.
The list includes three options, <Format Disk>, <Repair Disk> and <Show
Disk/Smart Info>.
Format Disk
If needed, users can format the selected HDD by selecting this item. Click on
this item and a warning window will pop up. Click on <OK> to start the HDD
format procedure, or click on <Cancel> to abort the HDD format procedure.
Repair Disk
If there is error found on the selected disk, execute this function to try to
repair the HDD. Select this item and a warning window will pop up. Select
<OK> to begin the repair procedure, or click on <Cancel> to abort the repair
procedure.
Show Disk/Smart Info
Select this item, and users can view and check the brief information and
S.M.A.R.T information of the selected internal disks.
