If you use the Alert Message function of HEW, specify destinations for Alert Messages
and input a message into the [Message Format] edit box in the Alert Message Contents.
Even if you specify the destinations, when you do not specify the message format in the
Alert Message Contents, a notice to a Management Console is not sent.
When you click the Filter button, the following screen displays.
Item Explanation
Registered List You can specify destinations for Alert Messages.
Add Displays an addition window on the lower half of the screen so
that you can specify a computer name or an IP address of the
Management Console machine.
Filter Displays a filter setting window on the lower half of the screen.
Delete Deletes the corresponding Alert Message destination.
Filter All Sets the same filter for all destinations.
Delete All Deletes all destinations.

Alert Message
Filter Setting You can set Alert Message filtering.
Alert Message is sent when an error corresponding to any of
the selected items occurs.
Logfile and Event
Type Select the Logfile and Event Type settings.
Set Applies the specified settings.
Select All Selects all selectable items.
Clear All Clears all items which can be set.
