“Patient ID” and other items are yellow
Inconsistent items are displayed in yellow if the patient
information other than the ID (patient name, etc.) is
different although the patient ID is already registered
on the database.
However, if the “Overwrite Patient ID” button (8) is
clicked, the patient ID is displayed in white.
When the patient ID is the same but other patient
information is different, select whether to import the
data as another patient or to overwrite the information
of the registered ID.
Click the “Adjust Patient ID” button (8) to add a number
with parentheses and import the data as a new patient.
Click the “Overwrite Patient ID” button (8) to overwrite
the registered patient information with the data
displayed in the list.
In addition, it is possible to separately set separately
to each patient whether to adjust or overwrite the
patient ID by selecting the patient, right-clicking it, and
selecting the desired option from the pop-up menu.
Click the “Display” menu (10) and select “Compare”
to display “Patient CSV” and “Master DB” (11) on the
screen.
“Patient CSV” lists the patient information to be
imported and “Master DB” lists the information currently
registered in the database.
Each item can be checked before overwriting the
patient information.
