2) An image captured in slit mode can be checked on the
slit image display area (4). Use the track bar (5) to play
captured cross-sectional images in series or to display
the next or previous captured images one by one.
3) Touch the “Mire & Slit OK” button (6) to save images
captured in ring topo mode and slit mode, including
the corresponding analysis results, and to display the
analysis screen.
4) Touch the “Cancel” button (7) to stop analysis and
return to the Capture screen.
