VANISH Operator’s Manual

 

POTENTIAL HAZARD

Failure to inspect the VANISH before operating. Failure to 

properly maintain the VANISH.

WHAT CAN HAPPEN

Increased possibility of an accident or equipment damage.  

Could cause an accident resulting in severe injury or death.

HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD

Always inspect your VANISH each time you use it to make 

sure the VANISH is in safe operating condition.  Always follow 

the inspection and maintenance procedures and schedules 

described in the Owner’s Manual.
