Modes of Operation
1.
Stand-alone mode:
Logic device or switches/sensors send commands to the
actuator via digital I/O to invoke indexer program for motion or other logic
events.
2.
Communication mode:
Logic device sends position commands or register
changes over RS-232, optional CANopen, or DeviceNet. Multiple actuators can
be controlled simultaneously (127 with CANopen and 63 with DeviceNet) via
daisy chain. The RS-232 port can also be used as a gateway to the optional
