12.3.2 Adapting the status signal

Each item of diagnostic information is assigned a speciﬁc status signal at the factory. The
user can change this assignment for speciﬁc diagnostic information in the Diagnostic
event category submenu.

Expert → Communication → Diagnostic event category

Available status signals

Conﬁguration as per HART 7 Speciﬁcation (Condensed Status), in accordance with
NAMUR NE107.

12.4 Overview of diagnostic information

The amount of diagnostic information and the number of measured variables aﬀected
increase if the measuring device has one or more application packages.

In the case of some items of diagnostic information, the status signal and the
diagnostic behavior can be changed. Change the diagnostic information → See 12.3.1
