Checking pump
In this test the pump is tested for its performance.
The following accessories are required (refer to Chapter 6.6):
Air/Gas flow calibrator from a manufacturer of your choice.

10 to 1000 mL/min

MIRUS Reference MR
MIRUS Service Test plug
MIRUS Calibration kit - Sampling lines: sampling line with Luer Lock female/male
Adapter to connect the sampling line to the air/gas calibrator
Perform pump check as follows:
a. Mount the MIRUS Reference MR and perform a Power up Test and a System test
according to Chapter 4.
b. Insert the MIRUS Service Test plug into the connector receptacle until
mechanically locked according to Chapter 4.
c. Change MIRUS Controller to Home screen.
d. Start VA application via Play and Confirm button. Quit the application immediately
via Stop and Confirm button.
e. Wait for 15 min ± 5 min. Connect the MIRUS Service Test plug (Luer Lock male)
with the
pressure line
of the air/gas calibrator using the sampling line female/male.
f.
Verify the measured flow is PASS = 400 mL ± 50 mL.
