Operation

Description

Power on or power off

Toggle the power switch on or off. See Figure 3

 on page 9

Open or close the instrument
enclosure door

To open: grasp the enclosure door handle and gently, but firmly, pull
the enclosure door up.

To close: pull the enclosure door down by its handle. The door is
locked during instrument runs.

Place a sample plate into the
sample plate holder

Insert a 384-well sample plate, with the foil seal in place and the
notched edge to the left, into the sample plate holder. Press on the
plate until you hear it snap into place. See Figure 2

 on page 9

.

Note: 

Do not remove the foil from the sample plate until prompted by

the software.

Place an OpenArray
