Description

Sample plate file (CSV)

Contains the sample layout information for the plate. It can be set up
for 96-well plates, 384-well plates, or OpenArray

™

Plates.

A sample plate file is used for the quick run workflow with sample
information and for the full run workflow.

• Serial number

(optional)

• Well, for example, A1, A2
• Sample ID
• Description

(optional)

• Dilution

(optional)

• Selected area index

(optional)

plate that is divided into eight sections

Note:
