7.6 Flow Cell
This section describes cleaning, replacement, storage and shipment of
flow cells.
To store or ship the flow cell, follow these steps:
1. Flush the flow cell with isopropanol.
2. Remove the flow cell from the detector. See Removing the Flow Cell
(

page 116) .
3. Install the plugs on the flow cell inlet (IN) and outlet (OUT), and
place the flow cell in its packaging.
To exchange the flow cell, follow these steps:
1. Flush the flow cell with isopropanol.
2. Remove the flow cell from the detector. See Removing the Flow Cell

3. Install a new flow cell without connection unit to the detector. See

page 60) .
