SERVICE

6.  Remove hardware securing the vacuum fan to the 

machine.

7.  Remove the vacuum fan assembly from the 

machine.

8.  Cut the cable tie securing the vacuum fan / exhaust 

muffl er to the vacuum fan mount.

9.  Separate the vacuum fan from the vacuum fan 

mount bracket.

10. Install the new vacuum fan onto the mount bracket. 

Be sure the vibration isolators are completely 
inserted into the vacuum fan.

11.  Install new vacuum fan assembly / reinstall the 

removed vacuum fan assembly in the reverse order 
of removal.

REMOVING / REPLACING THE VACUUM FAN 
CARBON BRUSHES

1.  Remove the vacuum fan from the machine. See 

REMOVING / INSTALLING THE VACUUM FAN in 
this section manual.

2.  Remove hardware securing the vacuum fan cover 

assembly to the motor.
