1.6. SMALTIMENTO DELLA MACCHINA E DEI SUOI
RIFIUTI
Le normative nazionali e comunitarie impongono pre-
cise procedure sullo smaltimento dei rifiuti industriali
con il D. Lgs. N°22 del 05/02/1997 che recepisce le
direttive 91/156/CEE sui rifiuti, 91/689/CEE sui rifiuti
pericolosi e 94/62/CEE sugli imballaggi ed i loro rifiuti.
Inoltre occorre osservare le direttive 75/442/CEE sui
rifiuti industriali e 75/439/CEE sugli oli esausti.
1.6.1. SMALTIMENTO DELLA MACCHINA
Si ricorda che la macchina a fine vita lavorativa deve
essere smaltita come rifiuto industriale e quindi devo-
no essere eseguita la raccolta, la cernita, il trasporto,
il trattamento dei rifiuti ed il deposito dei medesimi sul
suolo secondo le normative vigenti riferite alla direttiva
75/442/CEE e le sue successive modificazioni.
1.6.2. SMALTIMENTO DEGLI OLI
Gli oli (oli e/o grassi lubrificanti ecc.) usati durante il
ciclo di lavoro della macchina e/o per la sua manuten-
zione devono essere smaltiti seguendo la direttiva 75/
439/CEE che impone ad ogni impresa che elimina gli
oli usati di comunicare alle Autorità competenti qualsi-
asi informazione riguardante l’eliminazione o il deposi-
to degli oli usati e dei loro residui. Si ricorda che in
base al DPR N°691 del 23/08/1982 è obbligatorio rivol-
gersi al consorzio degli oli usati.
1.6.3. SMALTIMENTO
IMBALLAGGI
Eseguito l’eventuale recupero, lo smaltimento dei resi-
dui degli imballi deve seguire le indicazioni della diret-
tiva 94/62/CEE.

WASTE
National and Community regulations set precise
procedures for the disposal of industrial waste under
Law by Decree no. 22 dated 05/02/1997 that
acknowledges the 91/156/EEC directives on waste
products, the 91/689/EEC directives on dangerous waste
products and the 94/62/EEC directives on packaging
and their waste. The 75/442/EEC directives on industrial
waste and the 75/439/EEC ones on used oils must
also be observed.
1.6.1. DISPOSAL OF THE MACHINE
At the end of its working life, the machine must be
disposed of as industrial waste and, therefore, the
collection, sorting, transportation and handling of the
waste and the deposit on the ground of the waste itself
must be carried out in accordance with the regulations
in force that refer to the 75/442/EEC directive and
subsequent amendments.
1.6.2. DISPOSAL OF THE OILS
The oils (and/or lubricating greases etc.) used during
the working cycle of the machine and/or for its
maintenance must be disposed of in accordance with
the 75/439/EEC directive that requires that each
enterprise that eliminates used oils inform the respective
Authorities as to any information concerning the
elimination or deposit of the used oils and their residues.
Moreover, as per the Decree by the President of the
Republic No. 691 dated 23/08/1982, it is mandatory to
also apply to the consortium of used oils.
1.6.3. DISPOSAL OF PACKAGING MATERIALS
After having salvaged any possible material, the
remainder of the packaging materials must be disposed
of as per the instructions contained in the 94/62/EEC
directive.
