1. NORME DI SICUREZZA
LA DEROGA ALLE REGOLE PRESENTI PUÒ ESSE-
RE CAUSA DI PERICOLO CON RISCHIO DI INCIDEN-
TI PER IL PERSONALE E DANNI ALLA MACCHINA.
1.1. LA MACCHINA
- La RIEMPITRICE fornita deve essere usata esclusi-
vamente per la lavorazione del prodotto descritto nel
presente manuale.
- Non iniziare il montaggio della RIEMPITRICE o met-
terla in esercizio prima di una attenta lettura di que-
sto manuale.
- Non avviare la RIEMPITRICE se una o più etichette di
avvertimento sono danneggiate o mancano.
- Non far funzionare la RIEMPITRICE se la macchina
ha vibrazioni anormali.
- Non far funzionare la RIEMPITRICE con la macchina
fuori dai limiti di processo.
- Non mettere in esercizio la RIEMPITRICE senza le
protezioni fornite.
- Collaudare ed azionare regolarmente tutti gli interruttori
ed i sistemi elettrici di controllo forniti al fine di un fun-
zionamento corretto.
- Non iniziare lo smontaggio della RIEMPITRICE pri-
ma che la macchina sia completamente ferma e non
prima di aver opportunamente disinserito la corrente
elettrica, attendere alcuni minuti prima di procedere.
- Non far funzionare la RIEMPITRICE se i motori o la
struttura portante mostrano incrinature o corrosioni.
- Per il montaggio o lo smontaggio della RIEMPITRI-
CE servirsi esclusivamente degli utensili raccoman-
dati dal servizio assistenza TEM.
- Non utilizzare mai la RIEMPITRICE fuori dal campo
per cui è stata progettata e stabilito nella documen-
tazione di acquisto originale prima di aver consultato
TEM.
- Seguire attentamente tutte le istruzioni e le tabelle di
ricerca avarie e i tempi di lubrificazione.
- Controllare regolarmente, almeno una volta l’anno, che
non si sia allentato nessuno dei bulloni delle struttu-
re portanti, dei coperchi, dei portelli e dei collega-
menti dei motori.
- Non mettere panni o pezzi di stoffa attorno alle parti
rotanti della RIEMPITRICE.
- Seguire sempre l’ordine e le procedure raccomanda-
te per lo smontaggio, il montaggio, l’esercizio e la
manutenzione della RIEMPITRICE. Non adottare pro-
cedure nuove prima di aver consultato TEM.
- Utilizzare solamente personale esperto a mettere in
esercizio, pulire, smontare o rimontare la RIEMPI-
TRICE.
- Non avviare la RIEMPITRICE prima che sia comple-
tamente montata.
- Non lasciare in funzione la RIEMPITRICE se i motori
girano in senso contrario a quello indicato dalle frec-
ce.
- Servendosi di imbracatura per sollevare la RIEMPI-

1.1. THE MACHINE
- The FILLING MACHINE must only be used for pro-
cessing the product described in this manual.
- Do not begin assembly of the FILLING MACHINE or
start it up before carefully reading this manual.
- Do not start up the FILLING MACHINE if one or more
warning labels are damaged or absent.
- Do not operate the FILLING MACHINE if it has ab-
normal levels of vibration.
- Do not operate the FILLING MACHINE if it is not
within the process limits.
- Do not operate the FILLING MACHINE without the
protecting guards supplied.
- Regularly test and activate all the switches and
electric control systems to ensure correct operation.
- Do not begin dismantling the FILLING MACHINE be-
fore it is at a complete standstill and not before di-
sconnecting it from the electric current. Wait a few
minutes before proceeding.
- Do not operate the FILLING MACHINE if cracks or
signs of corrosion are found on the motors or on the
bearing structure.
- For assembly or dismantling of the FILLING MACHI-
NE, only use the tools recommended by the TEM
assistance service.
- Never use the FILLING MACHINE for purposes other
than those for which it was designed and that are
specified in the original purchase documentation,
without previously consulting TEM.
- Carefully follow all instructions, trouble-shooting ta-
bles and lubrication times.
- Check regularly, at least once a year, that none of
the bolts on the bearing structures, lids, inspection
doors and motor connections are loose.
- Do not put rags or pieces of cloth around the rota-
ting parts of the FILLING MACHINE.
- Always follow the sequence and the procedures re-
commended for dismantling, assembly, operation and
maintenance of the FILLING MACHINE. Do not use
new procedures before consulting TEM.
- Only use skilled personnel to operate, clean, disman-
tle or re-assemble the FILLING MACHINE.
- Do not start up the FILLING MACHINE before it is
completely assembled.
- Do not leave the FILLING MACHINE in operation if
the motors rotate in the opposite direction to that
indicated by the arrows.
- While using slings to lift the whole FILLING MACHI-
NE or one of its components, secure the component
suspended on the slings in such a way that it does
not slide and make sure that the sling is adequate
for the weight to be lifted.
