4.4. AVVIAMENTO ED ARRESTO RIEMPITRICE
SPEEDY OIL 2-4-6
4.4.1. AVVIAMENTO DELLA RIEMPITRICE
Dopo aver eseguito le operazioni già descritte proce-
dere come segue:
- portare l’interruttore POMPA (B) su “2” (posto sulla
pompa),
- ruotare il becchello in avanti (C) ed inserirlo nella
bottiglia, quindi posarla sulla vaschetta(D),
- procedere allo scarico delle bottiglie riempite ed al
carico delle bottiglie vuote,
- i becchelli della riempitrice possono lasciar cadere
qualche goccia di prodotto dentro la vaschetta la qua-
le può essere svuotata tramite l’apposito rubinetto (A).
ATTENZIONE:
Se dopo alcuni secondi dall’accensione della
macchina la pompa non adesca controllare le
tubazioni ed i raccordi dei collegamenti che non
ci siano infiltrazioni d’aria, si ricorda di non far
funzionare mai la pompa a secco.
PROCEDURA INNESCO POMPA
Per eseguire l’innesco della pompa procedere
come segue:
- Inserire il tubo di recupero prodotto in un con-
tenitore pieno di prodotto,
- Portare l’interruttore pompa su “1” per alcuni
secondi tempo necessario per riempire il corpo
pompa.
4.4.2. ARRESTO DELLA RIEMPITRICE
Per arrestare la macchina procedere come segue:
- Portare l’interruttore POMPA su “0”,
Per effettuare il lavaggio della riempitrice procedere
come segue:
- collegare la macchina ad un serbatoio con il prodot-
to di lavaggio desiderato,
- eseguire diverse fasi di riempimento per ogni singolo
becchello.
Si consiglia di eseguire la fase di lavaggio prima con
acqua poi con prodotti specifici.
4.4.3. CONTROLLO D’ESERCIZIO RIEMPITRICE
Quando la Riempitrice è in funzione si richiede all’ope-
ratore il solo controllo del livello del serbatoio prodot-
to, spengere la pompa quando si esaurisce il prodot-
to.
4.4. STARTING-UP AND STOPPING THE FILLING
MACHINE
4.4.1. STARTING-UP THE FILLING MACHINE
After having performed the operations described
previously, proceed as follows:
- position the switch PUMP (B) on “2” (situated on
the pump);
- turn the spout forwards (C) and position it in the
bottle, then place it on the tray (D);
- proceed by unloading the filled bottles and loading
the empty ones.
- the spouts of the filling machine may allow a few
drops of product to fall onto the tray which can be
emptied by means of the cock (A) used for that
purpose.
ATTENTION:
If the pump does not trigger suction in the Bell a
few seconds after the machine is started up, make
sure that there is no air filtering into the pipes
and respective fittings.
PUMP PRIMING PROCEDURE
In order to prime the pump, proceed as follows:
- Insert the product recovery tube into a container full of
product,
- Place the pump switch on “1” for a few seconds, i.e.
for the time required to fill the pump body.

4.4.2. STOPPING THE FILLING MACHINE
In order to stop the machine, proceed as follows:
- Place the PUMP on “0”,
In order to wash the filling machine, proceed as follows:
- connect the machine to a tank with the desired washing
product,
- perform various filling phases for each spout
individually.
We recommend that the washing phase be done first
with water and then with secific products.

4.4.3. FUNCTIONAL CHECK OF THE FILLING
MACHINE
When the Filling Machine is in operation, all the operator
needs to do is check the level in the product tank and
turn the pump off when the product finishes.
