4.5. RICERCA AVARIE
In caso di anomalie del funzionamento è bene fermare
la macchina e eseguire le procedure elencate nella
tabella seguente.
ATTENZIONE:
Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazioni di ma-
nutenzione, assicurarsi che la spina di alimen-
tazione elettrica sia disinserita.
LA POMPA NON INNESCA IL VUOTO
Aria nel circuito
A) Verificare che i collegamenti dei tubi siano corretti ed i
rubinetti NR.3 e NR.5 siano chiusi.
PERDITA DI PRODOTTO DAI
BECCHELLI
Guarnizioni usurate
BECCHELLI POCO SCORREVOLI O
BLOCCATI
Scarsa lubrificazione sul becchello
Procedere ad una lubrificazione del
becchello come descritto al punto 6.2...
BECCHELLI NON EROGANO
PRODOTTO O LO EROGANO IN MODO
IRREGOLARE
Condotto o recupero aria becchello
sporchi od intasati
Pulire il tutto con aria compressa. vedi
6.1..
LA POMPA NON PARTE
Collegamento elettrico interrotto
Ripristinare il collegamento elettrico.
Sostituire le guarnizioni usurate
procedere come descritto al capitolo
5.1.2.1./5.1.2.2
LA POMPA NON VA IN PRESSIONE
Aria nel circuito
A) Verificare che i collegamenti dei tubi siano corretti.
B) Eseguire un nuovo innesco pompa.
La girante della pompa è sporca
Smontare la cuffia del corpo pompa e pulire sia la girante
che l’interno del corpo pompa vedi 5.1.1.
LA POMPA NON ASPIRA PIU’
Il senso di rotazione della pompa è
invertito
Controllare che il motore giri nel senso giusto, verificando
la freccia posta sul carter della ventola di raffreddamento.
Nel caso invertire la fase elettrica.
Il corpo pompa è disinnescato si è
infiltrata dell’aria.
A) Eseguire un nuovo innesco della pompa.
B) Verificare che i collegamenti dei tubi siano corretti.
La girante della pompa è sporca
Smontare la cuffia del corpo pompa e pulire
sia la girante che l’interno del corpo pompa
vedi 5.1.1..
4.7. TROUBLE-SHOOTING
In the event of faults during operation, the machine
should be stopped and the procedures listed in the
table below should be carried out.
ATTENTION:
Before carrying out any maintenance operation,
make sure that the electric supply plug has
been pulled out.
THE PUMP DOES NOT ACTIVATE THE
VACUUM PROCESS

A)Make sure that the connections of the tubes have been
done correctly and that cocks no. 3 and no. 5 are closed.

Lubricate the spout as indicated in point
6 .2...
Clean the unit using compressed air.
See 6.1..
Restore the electrical connection.
Replace the worn gaskets, proceeding
as indicated in chapter 5.1.2.1./5.1.2.2
A) Make sure that the connections of the tubes are correct.
B) Prime the pump once again.
Make sure that the engine turns in the right direction,
checking the arrow situated on the sump of the cooling fan.
If necessary, invert the electric phase.

clean both the impeller and the inside of the
pump body, see 5.1.1.
