Verify the input signal is a known good signal.

Verify the proper Input and slot are selected.

The following video STATUS items
are indicated incorrectly:

Faulty Input Module.
With two video modules installed,
only one works Swap the modules and recheck. If the fault follows the
suspected input module, the module is faulty. If the fault
remains in place (same slot), check the main board for
bent pins or the main board is faulty.
A second video module installed in slot 3 can only be
used if a functioning video module is in slot 2. Slot 2
must always contain a video module.
Audio performance verification
indicates the following failures:
Ext AES input
AES output amplitude, rise/fall
time, return loss
If the Performance Verification procedure for the Audio
option indicates a malfunction or is out of the
specification range, replace the Audio Module.
Audio performance verification
indicates the following failures:
AES output bit errors, excessive
jitter
Embedded source selection
Embedded audio presence
readout
If the Performance Verification procedure for the Audio
option indicates a malfunction or is out of the
specification range, replace the faulty Video module.
