TFS3031 TekRanger/TekRanger 2 Service Manual

TFS3031 reports repeated timeout errors while
communicating with the optical module assembly
during testing.

Reseat the board interconnects. If the failure repeats
replace the optical module assembly. If the failure repeats
again replace the Power Supply board. If the failure
repeats again, replace the MAIN31 board.

TFS3031 reports a low measurement range.

Clean the fiber connection. If the failure repeats replace
the optical module assembly.
