For example, if you are saving a series of rise time data files, you can use
“Risetime” as the base file name. Your first file is saved as Risetime000.

next file will be Risetime001.

If Count reaches 999, it is suggested that you change the base file name to
Basefilename1 (for example, Risetime1) on the next save. Your next file will
then be saved as Risetime1000.

. You will receive a warning message if you
are going to overwrite any files with the same name.
Use the procedure that follows to save a setup to one of ten internal locations, the
oscilloscope hard disk, a floppy disk, or third-party storage device.

Set up the oscilloscope controls as you want them
saved as part of a recallable setup.

From the toolbar, click Setups to open the Instrument
Setup control window. The window opens on the Save
Setups tab.
Save the setup

Click one of the numbered buttons to save the setup. If
any data exists in the setup, it will be overwritten.
