The CTRL7100 does not come with built-in audio. You can install a USB audio device if you desire audio capabilities.
How to clean the instrument
When necessary, clean the exterior surfaces of the chassis with a dry lint-free cloth or a soft-bristle brush. If any dirt remains,
use a cloth or swab dipped in a 75% isopropyl alcohol solution. Use a swab to clean narrow spaces around controls and
connectors. Do not use abrasive compounds on any part of the instrument because they might damage the instrument.
CAUTION.
Avoid getting moisture inside the instrument during exterior cleaning; use just enough moisture to dampen the
cloth or swab. Use only deionized or distilled water when cleaning. Use a 75% isopropyl alcohol solution as a cleanser
and rinse with deionized or distilled water. Do not use chemical cleaning agents; they might damage the chassis. Avoid
chemicals that contain benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, or similar solvents.
How to return the instrument
If you return your instrument to Tektronix:
Back up any user software on the hard disk. You may need to reinstall the software after your instrument is returned.
When repacking the instrument for shipment, use the original packaging. If the packaging is unavailable or un

t for use,
contact your local Tektronix representative to obtain new packaging.
Seal the shipping carton with an industrial stapler or strapping tape.
