Turn the chassis over.

Remove the two screws that secure the merge cable connector to the chassis.

NOTE

. The 34-channel and 68-channel modules do not have a merge cable or

merge cable connector. For these modules, ignore the steps dealing with the
merge cable and the merge cable connector.
