Using Quansoft

About this chapter

Accompanying  PrimeQ  is  the  intuitive,  wizard-based  software,
Quansoft.  This  chapter discusses  the  concepts  behind  this  software
and  looks  at  its  application  in  the  setting  up  and  running  of  a  real-
time PCR experiment.

Read  the  first  section  for  an  overview  of  Quansoft  in  general  terms
and a brief discussion of how the various parts fit together. The next
section  helps  the  user  to  navigate  around  the  software  and  reviews
its  basic  functions  and  commands.  The  final  section  gives  a  simple
