1.14 Installing the application software
Always set your PC or laptop from which you are running PrimeQ so that standby is switched OFF.
This can easily be achieved through the control panel or:
•
Right click on the desktop and select
Properties
.
•
Select the
Screen Saver
tab and click on the
Power
button.
•
Activate the power scheme entitled
Always On
from the drop down menu and click
Apply
.
You may need to restart your computer.

Set the decimal symbol to‘.’
Before installing this software please ensure that the decimal symbol on the computer is set to ‘.’.
If it is not then follow these instructions:

Click on the

button:

Go to
Control Panel

Regional and Language Options

•
Ensure the decimal in the number section
is set to a ‘.’
