Pneumatic Ceram Valve
Pneumatic valves are used to control the clamps and carriage cylinders. They require that the air have
minimum water for long term operation. If maintenance is required the pilot override can be used to
test the valve by bypassing the computer system (when the saw is shutdown). Make sure you are
consuming oil as described on page 9 of “Maintenance”.
Note recommended oil for maintenance is Valvoline break cylinder lubricant.

Note flow control is used to set how fast the clamps clamp. On the actual clamping
cylinder there is a buffer adjustment (1 turn).
