First Steps Incase of Saw Malfunction
Restart the Websaw
Exit the Websaw application and shutdown Windows 98. Once the screen has gone blank turn off
both power disconnects and wait 30 seconds (waiting 30 seconds allows the power to drain out of
the system).
Note do not attempt to just restart Windows as this is not a restart!
Turn both breakers back on, then check if you are still having the same problem.
Check that cut file is located on local PC
Check and make sure that the file you are attempting to cut is located in the C:\jobs folder on your
local PC.
Note never attempted to cut off a floppy drive or network drive!
Try a different Web
Try a different web to determine if it is a problem with that individual web. Create a web in manual
cut and try cutting that.
Check 3 Phase Power
(
)
If you lose 3 phase power some saw operations will still act normal. Check your 3 phase power by
checking across each leg of the 3 phases.
