Check Fuses and Breakers

Check that you have power on the bottom side of each fuse and breaker and that the current is
correct based on the diagram above.
Check if the Machine is Overheating
Is the vent fan running? Is the CPU fan running? Is the filter dirty?
Check Air Pressure
Does your air pressure read 80 PSI? Does your air pressure drop more then 10 PSI while running?
Check Program Status
PLCs 3-5-6-7-8-9 should be “running” and “I5=2”.
