Check E-Stop Button
Check that the E-Stop button has not been accidently pressed.
Check for E-Stop Condition
(E-Stop can be caused by 1 of 3things)
1. Door is open
Check that the door is closed (might be stuck).
2. Overtravel switch may be tripped
If over rotation has occurred press and hold both “Cycle Stop” and “Blade Stop” in at
the same time. Then press “Power” and go into “Cycle Status” and rotate the blade in the direction
needed.
3. E-Stop lost 24VDC
Check that you are getting power and check fuses/breakers.
Note watch the blade rotate being carful not to wrap the power cables around the spindle.
Make Sure E-Stop is Disengaged
(turn clockwise to disengage)
